Payroll Frequency & 37.5 WorkWeek Change
Beginning January 2027, Loyola will introduce two changes that will affect certain employee groups. These changes align with our continued efforts to create consistent and sustainable practices across One Loyola. As we move through this transition together, we will provide clear information, practical resources, and dedicated support to help employees and managers understand what to expect and feel prepared for what's ahead.
